Account Verification

For users registered with a mobile number, verification may include:

• One-Time Password (OTP) verification sent to the registered mobile number
• Verification questions based on account activity, such as:
  • Last purchased book
  • Last transaction amount
  • Other account-related information

For users registered with an email address, requests must be submitted from the registered email account.

 

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification and approval of the request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with the account, including:

• Reading preferences and activity
